Hydraulic Press
These hydraulic presses are specially designed for drawing of stainless steel / aluminium cookwares & utensils. The hydraulic press drawing is much smoother as compared to mechanical presses, It leaves few drawing marks on the product.
The 4 column hydraulic press type is very stable because of the support of 4 column from all the sides while drawing. These hydraulic press are highly suitable for blank drawing of stainless steel / aluminium cookwares & utensils. There are various models mainly classified according to their tonnage.
The other 2 types of hydraulic press for stainless steel / aluminium cookwares & utensils are YDK Series & YRK Series.
YDK series hydraulic presses are used for attaching the induction bottom disc to the aluminium cookware bottom. To make the cookware induction enabled. These are high tonnage machine (1000 - 2000 Tonnes).
YRK Series hydraulic press are very high tonnage presses (2500 - 5000 Tonnes) which can draw the blank and attach the induction bottom disc in a single draw of cookwares. Heavy blanks can be used in this machine because of its tonnage capacity, to add to that, the cookware looks like its been forged while in reality it has been blank drawn.
