Polishing Machines
There are several automatic type models in polishing machines for polishing of stainless steel / aluminium cookwares & utensils. These are actuated by hydraulics which provides constant buffing or polishing pressure. We also have sanding / matt finishing machines for cookwares and utensils.
The polishing / buffing machine model suitability depends on the products shape & size. In addition, the quality of the polish in steel or aluminium depends on various factors like the quality of buff, emery, cloth wheels used in processing. Some of our well known models are 2 heads & 4 heads polishing machines. The outside surface and the inside surface needs to be polished on different machines due to limited accessibility in the moulds of these automatic polishing machines. Due to the constant pressure type polishing via hydraulics, it yields high quality polish in stainless steel / aluminium cookwares & utensils.
