Robot Feeder For Press

The robot feeder are attached to the hydraulic press to automatically oil the circle blanks and then put the blank on the mould in the press. These robots effectively make the drawing process automatic, no labour is needed to place the circle blanks on the hydraulic press.

Robot Feeder for presses are servo and pneumatic based systems. They have high repeatability while placing the blanks. The hydraulic press machine has to be synced with this robot for efficient automated working. Robot Feeder also includes oiling mechanism where the blanks are oiled evenly before the robot places it in the press mould. These robots are integrated with technology that has been available for a past few years in automation electronics. With a strings of these robots, a complete automated production line can be made upto trimming or cutting of cookware / utensils edges.
