Spinning / Rolling Machine
This Spinning machine is used for aluminum or stainless steel spinning process. Rolling / Spinning are used interchangeably in the industry to refer to spinning of stainless steel utensils. There are 2 types of workings in these machine: 1) Spinning Machine with manual slide [where the worker uses his hand to move the slide] 2) Hydraulic Spinning Machine [Where the tailstock and the horizontal axis of the slide in the hydraulic spinning lathe are moved by hydraulic cylinder]
Being the pioneers of this machine in 1980's, our rolling machine has gone several revisions over the years and today we have the sturdy most models in the country. There are different models of rolling machine on basis of their specifications and utility. Our machine slide parts are made from graded castings which ensures longer durability.
Different types of stainless steel / aluminium utensils spinning can be done on this machine.These are also called hydraulic spinning lathe machines since these are similar to lathe machine but with very specific purpose of stainless steel spinning or aluminium spinning.
These rolling machines can also be used for cutting or beading of heavy gauge stainless steel / aluminium utensils & cookwares. We also offer manual type & automatic type cutting beading machines. The manual type have similar design to that of rolling lathe machine but are lighter in weight compared to rolling lathe machine. These manual cutting beading machines are economic & compact in size which are often used for cutting beading of stainless steel / aluminium utensils & cookwares.
