Water Bulging Machines require special type of moulds to be made according to the product, since the water pressure needs to be shot from inside the product body. Water Bulging Technique helps to attain complex shapes in 2 to 3 process compared to 5 to 6 processes by traditional methods. However there can be restrictions on the shape attained. Water Bulging Machine is often used while manufacturing vacuum flasks / thermo flasks. The pipe is usually expanded to the required diameter by this method. Usually the tonnage of this machine requires on the thickness of the product, more the thickness, more the tonnage.
